1、主锅乳化过程是在全密封条件下进行的，防止了灰尘和微生物的污染；

2、水锅、油锅的中物料通过进料方式加入乳化主锅；

3、可对主锅进行加热或冷却；

4、锅内物料通过均质机的高速内循环剪切分散乳化，正反方向搅拌；

5、顺时针框式刮壁搅拌，逆时针浆式搅拌，刮板搅拌器在运转时产生离心作用，是四氟刮板紧贴锅壁，有效的解决了锅壁沾料问题，不留死角，变频调速装置可使其转速任意无极调速；

6、均质搅拌与桨叶搅拌可分开使用，也可同时使用。物料分散、均质、乳化、混合、调匀等可于短时间内完成。

7、三层不锈钢锅体即中间夹层、隔热层、物料接触部分为316L,中间层为加热层304不锈钢，隔热层为保温层304不锈钢。*均质功能一般分为：下均质、上均质、内外循环均质（可根据生产工艺选择）

8、搅拌、均质采用进口变频器调速，满足不同生产工艺的要求

9、真空脱泡使物料达到无菌要求，可使用真空吸料（水、油、粉末）

10、锅体三层（316L/304L）不锈钢结构，镜面抛光，完全符合GMP要求

The Teflon scraper is close to the pot wall, which effectively solves the problem of material sticking on the pot wall without leaving dead corners. The frequency conversion speed regulation device can make its speed arbitrary and stepless speed regulation;

6. Homogeneous mixing and paddle mixing can be used separately or at the same time. Material dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, mixing and blending can be completed in a short time.

7. The three-layer stainless steel pot body, i.e. the middle interlayer, heat insulation layer and material contact part, is 316L, the middle layer is heating layer 304 stainless steel, and the heat insulation layer is insulation layer 304 stainless steel* The homogenization function is generally divided into: lower homogenization, upper homogenization and internal and external circulation homogenization (which can be selected according to the production process)

8. Mixing and homogenization are regulated by imported frequency converter to meet the requirements of different production processes
